A.A.L.F. Pro is operated by The Packard House & Co., a Michigan DBA. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared and protected when you visit aalf.pro, create an account, purchase a membership, contact support or use the A.A.L.F. website workspace.

Information We Collect

We may collect:

• Account information: name, email address, username, account preferences and membership status.
• Membership and transaction information: plan selected, payment status, renewal dates and transaction records. Full payment-card details are handled by the payment gateway and are not intended to be stored by A.A.L.F.
• Inventory content: item details, notes, storage locations, photos and other information you choose to save.
• Support information: messages, email addresses and details submitted through the Contact form.
• Technical information: IP address, browser/device information, cookies, security logs and basic site-usage information.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and secure accounts; process memberships; operate Inventory and member tools; answer support requests; prevent fraud, spam and abuse; maintain and improve the website; communicate important account or policy updates; and meet legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

Payments and Service Providers

We may share only the information reasonably necessary with providers that help operate A.A.L.F., including website hosting, email delivery, membership management, payment processing, security, backups and analytics. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Payment-card information is submitted to the selected payment processor. A.A.L.F. receives transaction and membership confirmation but does not need your full card number.

ChatGPT and OpenAI

The A.A.L.F. AI assistant is used through your own ChatGPT account. Information you upload or type directly in ChatGPT is handled by OpenAI under your relationship with OpenAI and its current terms and privacy policies. Website Inventory information is not automatically transferred to ChatGPT unless a feature clearly tells you that it will be transferred or you choose to copy or submit it.

Cookies and Site Technology

A.A.L.F. may use essential cookies for login, account security, membership access, forms and saved preferences. Hosting, security or analytics tools may also create cookies or similar technical records. You can control many cookies through your browser, although blocking essential cookies may prevent account features from working.

Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and comply with law. Inventory and account data may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit passwords, full card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information through support or Inventory fields.

Your Choices and Requests

You may update available account information through your account area. You may email support@aalf.pro to request access, correction or deletion of account information. Some transaction, security or legal records may need to be retained. Canceling a membership does not automatically delete the account or all stored records.

Children

A.A.L.F. is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Paid membership requires the user to be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where they live.

Policy Changes

We may update this policy as the service, providers or legal requirements change. The revised effective date will appear at the top of the page. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or account email.
